MILZERU – Rich Brian kembali dengan single terbarunya berjudul 'Sydney' yang sekaligus menjadi karya pembukanya tahun ini. Lagu yang terinspirasi dari grup hip hop Three 6 Mafia ini, juga sekaligus memberi penghormatan kepada grup hip-hop ikonik itu. Sydney akan hadir dengan irama elektro-synth funky dengan melodi saksofon.
“Keseluruhan produksi single ini sangat terinspirasi oleh grup hip-hop. Saya juga selalu ingin mendengar diri saya sendiri membicarakan hidup saya diiringi lantunan suara saksofon yang indah.” Ungkap rapper asal Indonesia itu.
Dalam lagu terbarunya ini, rapper muda berusia 21 tahun itu juga ingin meceritakan pertumbuhannya sebagai musisi, yang bergerak maju dengan mengabaikan komentar negatif dan membenci orang yang mencoba menghentikanya. Ia ingin membuktikan bahwa dirinya kini bisa tumbuh lebih dewasa dan sukses.
" Aku benci ketika orang baru saja mengenalku tapi mereka bertingkah seolah-olah mereka yang menemukanku ," semburnya. " Semua orang takut untuk tumbuh, saya berada di metamorfosis ke-8 saya ". ungkap pria bernama asli Brian Imanuel itu.

Sydney adalah lagu kedua yang dirilis Brian dengan nama sebuah kota di Australia, setelah ‘Gold Coast’’. Terbukti, Australia adalah negara yang penting baginya. Lagu 'Sydney' juga terpilih menjadi theme song baru pertandingan bergengsi bagi para pecinta games se-Asia Tenggara, PUBG Mobile Pro League Southeast Finals yang akan diselenggarakan bulan Maret tahun ini.
Sebelum Sydney dirilis, Pria dengan nama asli Brian Imanuel itu juga telah sukses merilis beberapa album diantarannya, Amen (2018), The Sailor (2019), dan 1999 (2020). Hingga puncaknya album Amen yang berhasil menjadi top chart hip hop di iTunes.
Rapper naungan 88rising itu juga, dikabarkan akan ikut tampil bersama rapper Dumbfoundead dalam proyek film 88rising. Dilansir dari nme.com 88rising telah menandatangani kesepakatan dengan Sony Pictures TV, untuk menyiapkan serial televisi yang akan berfokus pada proyek-proyek yang berpusat di sekitar budaya Asia dan Asia-Amerika.
